Palm Coast, Florida – There is still time to put together a team for the upcoming Michigan PGA Hammock Beach Pro Am in January. The event will take place once again around the dates of the PGA of America Merchandise Show in Orlando. The PGA Merchandise Show will follow the same schedule as last year ending on Friday, January 23, 2015. The Hammock Beach Pro Am will kick off with the opening cocktail party on that Friday evening, January 23, and will conclude on Monday, January 26 with a 9:00am Shotgun on the Ocean Course.
For those of you that have not been to Hammock Beach Resort I think that you and your amateurs will really enjoy it. It is a first class resort located on the water in Palm Coast about an hour from Orlando. Along with two championship golf courses and luxury accommodations it has a very good practice facility. You and your amateurs will have unlimited use of the practice facilities while you are there.
The amateur entry fee of $1595 includes:
* (3) Three nights luxury accommodations for the team in a 3 bedroom suite
(3) Three rounds of golf on the Ocean Course and the Conservatory Course

The golf will take place on their two championship golf courses, The Tom Watson Conservatory Course and the Jack Nicklaus Ocean Course. The Conservatory course hosted the PGA Tour’s Ginn sur Mer Classic in 2008 and the Ocean Course hosted the Champion’s Tour Ginn Championship in 2007, 2008. Both courses are of exceptional quality and highly ranked in the state by Golf Digest, Golf Week and Golf Magazine.
